The image was scrolling so I pressed all the buttons on the remote until the lowest middle button worked - no more scrolling. The troubleshooting page of the manual does not help. Then there is no sound and no help on the troubleshooting page; so I called support. No help there. The email promising extra help never came, so I turned up the TV - well, the volume. Apparently the player suppressed the sound, which was also enough for my previous player. That's a good thing that allows you to connect all kinds of high tech. I will use the front USB port to charge the shaver. Good picture, good instructions but so light it takes two hands to insert and swap out the disc. I'm sorry for messing up twelve 100% 5 star reviews before, but proper support is often badly needed. Robert Jacksonville, Fla
