My friend gave me my first set. I have two sconces in my dining area and I placed orange lamps there to illuminate the whole apartment with evening light during sunset, negating the effects of blue light and ordinary light bulbs and promoting sound sleep. I liked these lightbulbs. so many that I bought two more lamps for my bedroom. Today I received two light bulbs for my bedroom. After a fun walk in the sun, I came home, grabbed my bag and immediately changed the lightbulbs. I was energized by the daylight (it was an idyllic afternoon). I changed the lightbulbs and lay in my room admiring the shade of orange. After about 15 minutes I felt my body getting ready for sleep. THESE LIGHTS EFFECTIVELY PROMOTE SLEEP! They successfully tricked my body into believing it was sunset and time for bed! It was 3:30 p.m. on a sunny summer day. The sun doesn't set here until 21:01! But my body was no smarter. They're a little pricey, but if you have trouble sleeping I can't recommend them highly enough! β€οΈ
