I am currently raising a child and with government approval the birth mother still comes in to breastfeed and donate breast milk every day. It's really amazing - it really is. And I love knowing that kids are getting all the health benefits they deserve and can bond with their mom. The baby's mother is quite young - just a teenager and appears to be having trouble adjusting to breastfeeding. I bought her this nursing pillow along with a few other items in hopes of making breastfeeding easier for her. She was so grateful (so cute, she really is) and used the pillow every visit. The pillow works fantastic. It fits very well and holds everything securely when feeding. Unlike other nursing pillows I've found, this one is actually made out of a very soft material. It's designed for comfort, not just functionality. And it's definitely comfortable. I like that it's a soft, comfortable material. I am sure that this will make breastfeeding even more pleasant for both mother and child. The pillow is VERY cute too! I ordered one with little owl drawings. I figured it would be gender neutral and she'd probably like it. She was definitely happy with it and it looks very charming. This is probably one of the highest quality nursing pillows I've come across and by far the cutest design. Especially the owl design would be a great gift for an expectant mother who doesn't share her baby's gender. It's great for both boys and girls and it's definitely a tool mom will love when her baby is born. This pillow is definitely well made and has healed very well on ours. I'm sure many other moms and their little ones love it as well.
