This set is very cute and I love how it looks. I first tried an "anodized" purple earring. Big mistake. First time I had a bad allergic reaction or infection - I don't know what the heck it was - but I had to take the earring off and wait for it to heal. Hopefully. Yes, I'm allergic to nickel so I figured I bought surgical steel. And yes, I wiped the earring with alcohol before use.
