I use it to turn my faucet off during water changes but I can't use it for anything else! It's too small and a tap takes over a gallon and a lot more is better! I was hoping to use it as a temporary container in case I need to keep it there for a few hours but feel like it's too small for that. There are better options on Amazon, even another acrylic food container might be a better option. More cookie jar. I put a picture of the product next to my headphones to give you an idea.
