This cushion would be amazing if it were bigger to better fit both the backrest and office chairs. My wife bought it for me hoping it would relieve my back pain. I'm 5ft 7in, 205lbs and I think it's too small for my back. The dimensions in the description are correct. It is approximately 15 x 14 inches. On a positive note, it's quite comfortable when attached to my back. The padding is firm and actually feels like a nice acupressure and helps maintain good posture when seated. The cushions are removable, which is handy if you need to wash the fabric. The downside is, as I said, too small IMO. It should be higher and wider. I have two high-back leather office chairs with adjustable lumbar support and a cheaper low-back fabric chair. The straps fit all chairs but the cushion does not fit high back chairs, at least for me, even after some adjustments. It seems to work best on the lower back, so keep it there. I've been keeping this pillow since I bought it at a great price but it looks like it was made for little people. I would probably return this item if purchased at full price. I suspect this cushion is best suited for very cheap low back chairs with flat pads.
