Too thick and too difficult to use.
This cork is too thick to fit in a bottle of my favorite Mumm Napa champagne. They say it doesn't necessarily fit in all champagne and wine bottles. I haven't had another open bottle to try on, but if it doesn't fit in a spunk bottle, it's no use to me. In addition, it was very difficult to operate the closing and opening lever. Maybe it would work better if I bottled it first. I can't see my girlfriend using this because she has weak and arthritic hands. So I sent it back.
