Individually packed high-performance filters at a great price!
I was pleasantly surprised to see that these filters are individually wrapped. This is important because filters can easily become dirty (and filled with bacteria) when open. With separate packs, I was able to save money by buying 2 packs without sacrificing cleanliness. They are cheaper than the filters I replaced (Pentek) and filter just as well. I use this filter as a pre-filter for my Goldline RO reverse osmosis system. I would not recommend this filter for whole house use as it will not let enough water through and would clog quickly with moderate levels of sediment or iron in the water.
