I haven't had the most success using this tool in my company, but as a stand-alone tool it was quite helpful and saved the company a lot of time. If you are looking for a single tool to manage marketing and sales data, this is the best. You can see all the information easily and then drill down to get specific answers. I was able to create a better picture of data trends and how they were trending. The platform is simple to install and use. The training on the platform is very easy and quick. The support team is very helpful and quick to respond. I have not come across any issues so far. I would love to have more reporting options to help me understand the data easily. I would also like to see more features to help the company in understanding the data and improve the sales process. The main benefit is the alignment of sales and marketing.
