I've had two of these since they came out and I need a third. Of course, Apple no longer sells them, but this "updated" device is very close to the new one. It's even packaged identically to the original equipment, down to all those little removable plastic protectors. The only thing that gives it away as not brand new is that the (original) packaging is a bit tattered at the corners. Impressive restoration work, of course. Functionally everything looks fine --- I noticed that the firmware version is not the latest, but a quick update with the Airport Utility fixed it. Obviously, with Wi-Fi 6 on the horizon, these things have limited lifespans; but if you're looking for an easy-to-use mesh-style Wi-Fi system, they're still hard to beat.
