The ability of everyone in one place as well as being able to share content easily has been amazing! I also love that we can get an overview over what our team members are working on at any given time which helps us move faster together. Sometimes it's hard to see who is available when you need them the most (and vice versa). This would be solved by having more people online or setting up meetings via screen sharing/screencast tools so there isn't always someone present all times but not very convenient either. It works great if your looking into getting work done remotely from different places around the globe. We use this mostly during weekdays since its easy to just jump right onto Skype to talk about something important instead of using email etc.. Great way to stay organized while still staying connected no matter where we're located. Our organization level has increased overall productivity drastically.
