TLDR: Toothpaste is runny/runny but taste and foam are normal. The design of the pouch and lid is very difficult to use. I would not recommend this product. The flavor and ingredients are good, but it's quite runny/runny as other reviewers have mentioned. Let's talk about the product design: for environmental reasons, you can use a sachet instead of a traditional tube, but the design of the cap is ridiculously inconvenient for the user. Toothpaste should be used at least twice a day, for some people after every meal, how do you think people spend at least 5 minutes to put the tiny screwless cap back on every time they use toothpaste? Putting the cap on is very difficult as it is very small and has no screw marks. Product photos are also misleading, toothpaste packs will never stand on a countertop like this and therefore take up a lot of space in your bathroom. Please redesign the bag with a better lid system so it can stand by itself. I recommend doing some user testing before launching the product. A toothpaste that costs 6.24 times more than a generic brand name should really consider the user experience.
