The belt of the skirt is suitable for different waist sizes.
The skirt sits right on my waist. My waist is between 24-25 inches. There is an elastic waistband on the back. This works for those with a smaller waist than me and the elastic allows for some stretch so someone with a larger waist can also fit in. Look at the size chart. Comes with a belt. The buttons don't work. I like the way it looks on me. I find it better when the skirt is hung out to dry.
