I've had so many problems with this thing and it's only been 2 months! I thought I didn't know how to set it up properly even after looking at videos and guides in several places, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I finally saw a video of him walking away and making random adjustments without me touching him. Now that makes sense as to why I was never able to set it up properly. It doesn't stick to one attitude, it didn't even let me try to do something right because it was flawed. This light has a mind of its own and does what it wants with my dear coral. I was finally able to capture it on video as the light flickers and changes settings on its own without me touching anything. I don't know how to contact customer service as I've never dealt with a bad product I've bought, but as far as I can see if it doesn't happen within 30 days and it does, I'm screwed is pointless. I spent about $100 just on this lantern and lots of money on coral and the whole time I thought I was doing something wrong when in fact it was a bad, defective lantern. I am so disappointed in how much I have lost now that I know it was due to my faulty lighting as most of my corals depend on it. product reviews. This product is not just a random light, it is a light that affects my living coral, which costs a lot and dies due to misconduct of items like this! I've lost hundreds of dollars on this faulty light over the past few months. The least I could hope for is a refund for this light as my live corals are non-refundable because my light killed them, they weren't YES! Never again will I buy lighting from Amazon for something so delicate for my saltwater aquarium.
