I would say. Out of that 5 stars but the kit only comes with 1 alcohol swab and 1 etc. From the gloves and plastic scissors to hold the piercing it wasn't strong enough. It comes with 5 piercing needles and even more piercings. So you need to add more gloves and alcohol. Unless you use everything for one person at a time. My daughter has small bumps in both ears. I felt almost no pain. What little I felt was very bearable. She also pierced my granddaughter's cartilage at the tip of her ear. She also said it didn't hurt. So I will definitely buy it again for any future piercer who can make the plastic tool more durable. The price is great too. My daughter added that everything went well but it would have been very easy if the plastic tool had been stronger. Many Thanks. Updated 05/17/18. I am allergic to the metal this piercing is made of.
