My husband is 6 foot and 175 pounds - this is the large on him. He absolutely loves these Y-back tanks and I know that because I keep finding him flexing in the mirror π. These are stretchy and fabric is soft. If you are torn between sizes I would suggest sizing up if anything. Definitely recommend these! I hope this was helpful for you!
