Stops working best in insulated beverage containers
This product stopped working after I poured some hot tea into it. It was freshly brewed tea, so the temperature was around 99°C. The calibration of this product is very poor, so the error is about 4-5 degrees. My guess is that an internal chip couldn't handle numbers above 99C and because the sensor overestimated the temperature it went above 99C. Now the product just keeps flashing like it's constantly resetting. I bought this product less than a week ago and it is broken. Do not buy.
