I like that it has an easy to use platform, with good communication between customer service/support reps as well as management team. The system is always improving and adding features which make sense. They should add more integrations, such as Salesforce! It would be great if we could sync our leads directly into their database from within our sales funnel or CRM of choice (Salesforce). We have been using this software since 2010 when they were called Asana but had some issues in functionality back then so decided not too invest time at first. This was about 2 years ago though now are much better than before! Great platform for appointments!
