I don't think it's good for women to urinate standing up. Women are not designed that way. When I first tried it, I didn't have a jet strong enough to get my urine far enough away from my feet. The second time I waited for my bladder to fill up a bit. This didn't work either. The problem is that urine splashes on your feet! It was also difficult to start urinating. I suspect that standing isn't a natural position for urinating, so urine doesn't come out naturally. I don't want to have my feet spattered with pee so it's not for me and I wouldn't recommend it.
