We reviewed a number of different doorstops to suit our needs. Basically we needed something to support the outside door of the office when bringing in packages or supplies. There is a decent gap between the floor (concrete) and the bottom of the door, maybe an inch or so. Where other doorstops failed and slipped, this one succeeded. We just kick it in the door and it stays perfectly in place. The only downside, and therefore four stars, was that the owner didn't stay with us very long. I'm not sure if it was because it was attached to a metal door frame, or if it needed a cleaner finish, or if it was just weak glue. Still happy with the purchase and found a doorstop that stays in place!
