This is a great way for us at my small manufacturing business to increase our online presence without spending thousands of dollars/month with an external marketing agency. The support team has been excellent, always willing to help when needed! Nothing yet because they are still getting up to speed as far as what we need from them (specifically social media management). We're using their SEO platform which helps get results very quickly. They've helped us bring more traffic than either Facebook or Twitter could ever hope to achieve alone. I like best about brand be is its ability to help with our email, social media management as well as SEO optimization for various websites we manage. Sometimes it can feel very overwhelming when you have too many tasks at once, but overall they are great people who really care about your success! They also provide support outside of work hours if needed. Nothing so far. We're working closely together to figure out what works best for us. So far everything has been good.
