These are highly detailed steampunk style cufflinks made mostly of metal if not all metal. I really like the feel and the fact that the bottom part that goes into the french cuff isn't sharp which can tear the shirt, or too smooth which makes it difficult to fit through the slits. The packaging is really nice, almost a bit reflective. it would be many times more expensive than this set. I might buy some more as gifts, they are so cute. I love wearing the new special cufflinks to certain events so I can't wait to see people's reactions to them. There is a crown on the side of the cufflink that does not work. So don't lose it or it will fall out.
