smells like chemicals and snaps easily
I bought this hoping to use it to replace some leather cords on a necklace. After opening the package, I noticed a strong chemical odor, which is what all cables smell like. Trying to work with this cable isn't the best either. The outer leather cover tears easily exposing the inner cotton cord (which I wasn't expecting, I thought it was real leather cord). Whenever you try to tie a knot at the end of a piece, the cord suddenly breaks. I would not recommend this for any type of project.
