How clean/healthy after use?
2014 got. Three years later, the inside of the nozzle is just a little rough. The plus side is easy to carry and, for size, works for at least a half marathon. -- Disadvantage - cannot get into the inner parts of the nozzle to clean it properly. The bottle, cap/nozzle has been cleaned with each use. However, have "black substances" (fungus?, mould?) accumulated in the nozzle? Bleaching, gentle boiling, microwave didn't help. Worry about what exactly is "growing" in the snot. Are replacement caps/nozzles available? Or a simple and uncomplicated method for cleaning and sterilizing?
