These shoes run small. I have a high instep and a wide foot circumference and usually wear the 5E comfortably even with fairly thick cotton socks. I have 5E shoes from Nike, Propet, SpotBilt, Dunham and others that fit me, but I couldn't even get my foot fully into the sock of these 6E. Removing the insole helped solve the instep issue, but the toe box is tapered and it's still too tight on the balls of the foot.
