These are men's shoes/sizes!
Having bought for a wedding I noticed people were asking the seller to update the description as it is men's shoes/size. It had about 3 weeks lead time so I ordered another pair in the correct size (which took 1 week, haven't figured it out yet) and returned the oversized pair. I tried to notify the seller a few days after ordering but they apparently sent it to another location for production and explained that they could not correct the size as it had already been sent to production. They made me uncomfortable too. usually where men's shoes are, so this can be a common occurrence. But I only had to suffer during the wedding and was rid of it quickly!
Pros
