Bought this item Tuesday. He arrived on Thursday. Everything was AMAZING, and exactly one week after purchase it stopped working. It turns on and then instead of brewing, it just turns off. I called Keurig customer service, we restarted it, disabled the auto shut off feature, tried all sorts of troubleshooting and they finally referred me back to Revain. So a replacement is on the way and hopefully the new one won't stop working in just a week. In the time it's been working, it's produced the perfect frothed milk for both hot and cold drinks, and we've been brewing coffee with no problems. I really hope that I got "lemon" for the first time and it's not a problem with all devices.
