No problems with ordering or delivery. The item was vacuum packed in a small box. It took at least 24 hours to return to its form. Even then there was an "arch” in the middle, where it was bent in half. After the first use it seems to have kept its shape. I would recommend the manufacturer to choose a different packaging method. I have acid reflux. This product "WORKS". I no longer have to sleep on a pile of pillows that give me neck pain. I still use a Beauty Rest pillow for side sleepers. The WEDGE offers strong support, but is still very soft and comfortable. I sleep on my side and have enough room to roll over. Overall I am very happy with this item.
