I'm 220 lbs, 5'5". My problem is my belly and lower abdomen as I just had a baby. So far, this item is incredible. I have worn it yesterday for the whole day, and surprisingly, it didn't roll down like others. The good part is, it's long enough that it goes all the way up where it supposed to be. However, I thought the bones on the side are a lil longer. Also, it's a lil hard to put back the clip, once you use the bathroom. Moreover, it fits me, but I guess I should've listen on the other reviews to size down, as I'm on the last hook and nowhere to adjust if I lose a lil more. But overall, it's nice and comfy and it does the job.
