We have a PA system that we use to do 2 hour presentations over the weekend. I use them in microphone transmitters. My original set of 9V alkaline batteries ran out by the third presentation, so I decided I needed rechargeable batteries. I wasn't sure which type to choose and I had to learn quickly. This type of battery (NiMH) seemed to meet my needs for battery life when fully charged as well as no half life from overcharging when only half charged. I use them for 1-2 presentations and then charge them again. To be honest I was quite willing to spend a little more for higher quality/capacity batteries and I was very happy with it. Been using it every weekend for 2 months now with no problems. I also thought it was a good price.
