The ability of the system to be able to send messages out from an email account to have them routed through multiple other accounts. This gives me the opportunity to use any type of communication tool I like without worrying about which one will work best in a particular situation! And the fact that it has been made extremely easy by adding the ability to add new tools when they are released makes this program perfect. Nothing yet. It's simple but very useful if you're looking to communicate via different channels. We've been using this software since we started our business and haven't seen anything that isn't great so far. If you need some help getting everything set up then contact AtlasRTX support team and they can guide you every step of the way. They got us up and running immediately after purchase, had no issues or delays with payments so far, and helped us understand how things worked.
