Attaches beautifully to my desk to provide AC and DC power conveniently.

There is nothing special about this extension other than the attachment system, so I gave it five stars. The power strip has both AC power plugs and two USB charging ports and is ideal for use on a workbench. My only complaint is that it is limited to 12A and I have a lathe that has a peak current of 15A during start up. But this power strip handled it with no problem, so 12A is a continuous limit, not a short-term maximum. The USB ports are rated at 2.1 amps, which is more than enough for most charging needs. It's nice to be able to charge your phone while you work.

Pros
