Clear balloons are a waste of time, but everything else is fine.
Mylar balloons were great - decent quality and very cute. Clear balls are terrible. This photo was taken less than six hours after we paid a local shop to inflate them with helium. The balloons will float a little. The purple confetti never left the bottom of the balloons. Pretty disappointing.
