Best Price Shampoo & Conditioner

If you have dry, damaged or brittle hair (I have greyed, highlighted and changing texture), for soft, smooth and manageable hair, not greasy or heavy, this is the one Conditioner spot on great for its price. I think this is the best conditioner under $10. There are several salon and department store or boutique brands that may be better but cost at least double and in some cases four times or more.
