Review on Chaco Ecotread Toddler Little Grenadine Girls' Shoes: Stylish and Sustainable Footwear for Young Explorers by Sean Moran

The right shoe was defective

I bought these shoes about 4 months ago. I liked the colors and the price seemed fair. My daughter wanted a pair of Chacos so I ordered them, left them in a box and saved them for her birthday. I proudly gave it to her last week. Excitement quickly turned to disappointment when she tried them on as we noticed the toe straps on the right boot were severely stretched - much longer and slacker than the straps on the left boot. She will never be able to wear them because the straps on each shoe are different sizes. The return window seems to have closed so I wasted my money and I think it's going in the trash. Buy with caution. The quality cannot be guaranteed. I speak from experience.

Pros
  • I love these shoes.
Cons
  • The article is so stretched. The ankle width cannot be narrowed and fits a man's ankle more than a child's.
