Life changer. If you are smaller chested and don't really need a bra; just need nipple coverage, this is what you need to try.I've been wearing these every day since I got them. The only time I had a problem w adhesion was when I had coconut oil on for moisturizer.but I was able to hand wash them and they worked fine when I tried them the next day. So even if you get lotion on them they should be fine. Not sure how long these will last (I think the edges of mine are starting to lift) but like I said I have been wearing them non stop and I am pretty active and outdoorsy.
