I like that we are able to see how our products perform in comparison with other companies, so it's easy for us to make changes or improvements when needed. The customer service team was very helpful! They were always willing to help me out no matter what time of day it might be. We had some issues with shipping rates from China, but they worked quickly to get things resolved. This wasn't something where there was any delay at all. It was handled immediately after contacting them. So far everything has been great! Nothing really comes to mind as a negative thing about this product.
