Excellent Solution For Order Tracking

I like that we are able to see how our products perform in comparison with other companies, so it's easy for us to make changes or improvements when needed. The customer service team was very helpful! They were always willing to help me out no matter what time of day it might be. We had some issues with shipping rates from China, but they worked quickly to get things resolved. This wasn't something where there was any delay at all. It was handled immediately after contacting them. So far…

  • Easy way store employees can communicate info such orders received by customers etc.
  • Wide range selection not limited only low priced items (i don e)

  • Not much different than Shopify
  • No app platform

Great experience working together - we got exactly what

The team at sharp commerce were very helpful with our implementation of shipping, tax calculations, etc. They are also always available to help if you have any questions or issues that arise during your checkout process. I wish there was more communication from them when they started their new platform (it's been over a month now). We had some initial technical challenges with our website but their support team quickly resolved all of those issues for us. Shipping options and calculating taxes
