The team at sharp commerce were very helpful with our implementation of shipping, tax calculations, etc. They are also always available to help if you have any questions or issues that arise during your checkout process. I wish there was more communication from them when they started their new platform (it's been over a month now). We had some initial technical challenges with our website but their support team quickly resolved all of those issues for us. Shipping options and calculating taxes has become much easier since implementing the system.
