After trying various methods of frothing milk, always with some frustration and limitations that I'll just live with, I was hoping but not overly optimistic that it would work as advertised. Also, my wife hasn't even tried other propellants that I've tried in the past. She would just use a whisk and call it good. We have been using this device for almost two months now and are very satisfied and impressed. It was as advertised, very easy to clean and does a great job of foaming and heating. My wife no longer uses the whisk and probably loves it even more than I do. I call it a win. UPDATE While it worked great while it lasted, it only lasted 6 months. You have not responded to the support email. Changed from 5 stars to 2.
