This item arrived very quickly. Remember that removing the OLD pointer is very difficult. You really need a special tool known as a pulley puller or hook puller to remove it. Luckily my neighbor had one and it worked great. The reason for this is that the bolt on your van has teeth that push into the center hub to make the arm move. Once in, it sticks well. Fitting a new one is easy as the screw presses onto the wiper arm and the thread goes into the new socket. But overall a great price and not too difficult to install.
