I made the mistake of not reading the label before use (I'm sure many of you are familiar with this), the pH of this thing should be 9+. I applied a small amount to the body (no problem), a small amount to the face and a small amount to the nose. Big mistake. Dried my face and burned my red nose. Apparently shower water doesn't have the right dilution. I took an old bottle of dishwashing liquid at dawn and washed it very well, filled it with 75% water and 25% of this soap, and now it's safe and useful to use. Still a bit dry but no longer stinging so at least apply moisturizer to your face after use. Will continue to use because 1- It kills acne. Possibly with the fiery hell of a high PH but nothing anti-acne is really comfortable and can be uncomfortable, it works great. Very rough stuff, but very clean. 2- I don't think I'll ever run out of this. All it takes is a tiny coin of the diluted substance.
