Review on Thermee Micro Flannel Electric Burgundy Bedding by Anita Fernandez

I have tried many different electric blankets over the last 3 years and returned them all. Mainly because nowadays only fleece is produced. The fleece is too hot for me. Even without a blanket, I got too hot every night and had to pull the blanket down to the foot of the bed. I've been trying to find cotton but they just don't make it anymore or if they do it's prohibitively expensive - a few hundred dollars. So. I bought it because it's not fleece. It's thinner than fleece and much more comfortable. He is quilted. size off. I have a king bed and it hangs down on the sides and bottom. I wish it was a little smaller and more in line with the size of the bed. Actually, that's not a problem. Now for the bad. Controllers are terrible for a number of reasons. They are very light which means they will not stay flat on the surface they are placed on. Also, there's no way to just turn the duvet on and leave it on unless you set a timer. If you just turn it on, it will automatically go to the 30 minute preset and then turn off. Finally, and the biggest problem, is that the controllers don't have a backlight. If you look at it, you can't tell if it's on or not, and you can't see the current temperature. I've never had a blanket that you can't see in the dark, everyone has one so why not this blanket?! I really hate these controllers. I would have sent the blanket back because of this, but for now it's the only non-fleece blanket I can find so I'm keeping it for now.
