Didn't fit my 3 year old. Too short. The quality was good, especially for the price, but I would just call it a 2T item. Definitely not 4. I have to go back.
- I sent them to my little grandson for Easter and he loved them. He's a little tie guy! :)
- The color was more purple than red which was disappointing.
