This lamp is "two-tone”. This means the LEDs emit a single color temperature of around 5500K and two diffusers are included. One of the diffusers is translucent, so the natural temperature remains unchanged. Another set of orange diffusers. I don't see that I want that particular shade. Changing diffusers isn't difficult, but it's not easy either. For convenience, think of this light as 5500K dimmable. I work with all kinds of lighting, but mostly I use daylight, so that's not a problem for me. It's better than the bags that came with my other ring lights. Others have no padding and therefore no rigidity. The included stand is acceptable. I'm better, I'm worse. The stand has rounded ends on the legs. Most other coasters have flat ends which I find a bit less stable and form doesn't match function. Rounded ends are good. A fully extended stand can result in the top of the light touching an 8 foot ceiling. There is a short metal extension that adds about 9 inches more. For a full extension, the legs must be closer. If you don't need to climb that high, spread your legs wider for better stability. is a small ball head attached to the cold shoe insert that inserts into the cold shoe when there is light. The phone holder screws into the ball head and supports the phone to take photos or videos through the ring. The mount is not height adjustable, so the phone sits at about 1/3 mark, no closer to the center of the ring. This position allows a little more light from above. I haven't noticed a significant difference, so it's not a problem. Like every other ring light I have, this light can be turned on just enough to make it uncomfortable to look at directly. This is good because you don't have to turn it up that high, it's nice that it can when you need it, on the other hand it can be reduced to a soft glow. If you frequently use 5500K (daylight) color, this kit will come in handy for on-site or on-the-go use.
