I bought this for AC splice split (split arm). I was hesitant to buy this as some reviews said it worked for AC Joint and others didn't. First of all, note that although my shoulder was confirmed to have been severed in a quick exit, I didn't see a specialist as most of the information on the internet says they don't do anything about it anyway. You are better off wearing your arm in a sling or shoulder bandage (there are many videos online showing you how to bandage your shoulder for acromioclavicular joint problems).**** If you need to use your shoulder and If you have an AC joint problem, this brace really helps support the shoulder during use. It costs $19.
