, I was quite skeptical about this handheld game console with USB fan, but surprisingly it exceeded my expectations. Do you feel cheap? Yes. However, it's super light and doesn't even require batteries - it's rechargeable and will last for hours of gaming. At first I thought it wouldn't work because I didn't think it would turn on, but I didn't hold the button down long enough. You have to hold it down for about 5 seconds for it to start and turn on. The claim of 500 games is ALMOST accurate, but I will say there are a few duplicates that are just named slightly differently. However, there's a HUGE variety here (hundreds of them) that's actually quite legal for all of us old-school folks who loved playing Atari and Nintendo in the 1980s (and even 90s), and the screen is pretty keen to be included. smaller scale and what it is (cheap Gameboy replica, more or less). I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun the games were on it. The fan also exceeded my expectations - it actually has 3 speeds and blows out quite a bit of air! It comes with a lanyard that you can hang around your neck, which is very convenient when you take it with you on hikes, outdoor activities and the like. Overall I originally got this more for my youngest son and I - but when we got it my husband took it off and took it lol. Since I couldn't get one from him I immediately bought another one for us as they're pretty damn cheap and we think they're pretty good and pretty fun. The only complaint is that there were no instructions in the kit, although they figured it out pretty quickly. You just need to be aware that you need to hold down the power button longer than intended for it to work. There is a button on the side that turns on the fan. It comes with a fairly short cable for charging. That's all. If it were at a higher price point I probably wouldn't give it 5 stars due to the crappy materials it's made of and such - but it's easy to overlook and forgive the current price point considering all the games ( and the actual fan on it works REALLY well) you get out of there. Perfect for road trips and other trips! This definitely won't cause boredom. Two thumbs up from us!
