Yes, it's stuck. As the saying goes, it's difficult to get the S4 out unless you're smart. The screen can be used without much effort. The strap fits my hand relatively snugly and doesn't slip off with sweat. However, the side buttons are not available when it is in the sleeve. So make sure you have externally controlled headphones. Or prepare to not access your phone when it's locked. Or not block at all. Also, don't think that you're actually going to get a decent arm workout with this thing. It's large and can cause blood constriction when you're pumping iron.
