The simplicity in creating routes, being so easy that even someone unfamiliar with route optimization can create an optimal solution very quickly (if you have decent data).

I would like for there to also exist tools available for more advanced users who want greater control over their fleet's daily operations - such as time-allocation between employees or having multiple levels/routes per day. This has been useful when we need something quick but not necessarily perfect; it allows us to get started fairly easily without needing any prior experience solving these types of issues.
