I've been using this for a while and it's my favorite nursing bra. I don't wear a bra at all, so this one is really comfortable, allowing me to wear it around my waist throughout the day or while I sleep, and then pull it on when I need to. It really works when I'm just at home, but it's cute enough that I can wear it around my waist if I need to when I'm not at home. as I don't think it holds the pads in place or swears by itself but it could be because I lost more weight than I expected and now it's losing a bit
